Garden Path Herbal Bread

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh oregano, minced
1/4 cup fresh chives, minced
1/4 cup fresh thyme, minced

Directions:

Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, yogurt and mustard in a large bowl; blend well. Add cheese and herbs; mix well. Pour batter into an 8"x4" loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn out bread on a wire rack to cool.

Tip: Tuck flowers into clever containers. Watering cans, vintage metal lunchboxes, enamelware pots & pans... even a tin cup makes the sweetest planter.
