Heather’s BLT Bites

Ingredients

1 pound bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise-type salad dressing
1 1/2 cups green onions, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 to 12 roma tomatoes

Directions:

Stir together bacon, salad dressing, onions and Parmesan until well blended; set aside. Cut a small slice from the top of each tomato; scoop out and discard pulp of tomatoes. Fill each tomato with bacon mixture; refrigerate for one hour.

Tip: To prepare crispy bacon easily, try baking it in the oven. Place bacon slices on a broiler pan, place the pan in the oven and turn the temperature to 400 degrees. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, turn bacon over and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes.
