In a food processor, combine all ingredients except oils. Pulse on and off 5 to 6 times to chop basil and spinach. With the motor running, add oils in a slow stream until creamy in texture.
Tip: Fresh basil makes the most delicious basil butter. Measure 1-1/2 cups packed leaves, then finely chop…kitchen scissors are great for this. Add basil to 2 cups softened butter; blend well. Basil butter is tasty on grilled foods or steamed veggies.
