Can You Salsa?

Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients

1 cup diced tomato
1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup

Directions:

1. Dice the tomatoes into 1/4 inch cubes.
2. Chop the cilantro.
3. Mince the onion.
4. Juice the lemon.
5. Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl and serve with crisp tortilla chips.
