1. Brown the sausage in a frying pan and drain the excess fat. Set aside to cool a bit.
2. Place the sausage, breadcrumbs, cheese, and garlic in a bowl and mix together.
3. Fill the mushroom caps with the sausage mixture and place in a baking dish or on a cookie sheet. Drizzle the olive oil (use all of it) over the stuffing.
4. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes. Let the mushrooms cool a few minutes before serving.
