Arrange chicken, skin-side down, in an ungreased shallow baking pan pour butter on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes turn chicken over and bake 20 minutes longer. Pour tomato sauce on top sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder. Bake until tender and juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork, about 20 minutes.
