Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Mix chicken, eggs, onion, olives, celery, and dressing. Add 1/2 of Jell-O mixture to chicken mixture. Put this chicken/Jell-O mixture in an 8x8-inch pan. Chill. Meanwhile, mix cranberry sauce until smooth. Add orange juice and remaining Jell-O. Chill before pouring over the chicken layer. Refrigerate until all has set. Cut in squares and serve on a lettuce leaf.
