Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, and salt in jar with tight-fitting lid; shake to dissolve sugar and mix well. Chill in refrigerator. Spread walnuts in baking dish. Bake at 375° for 3–5 minutes or microwave on HIGH for 3–4 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Combine walnuts with lettuce, pear, and bleu cheese in salad bowl. Add dressing at serving time; toss lightly to coat well.
