Gwen's Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package elbow macaroni, cooked
1 slice ham, cut 1/2 inch thick, cubed
1 cup cubed Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced sweet pickle
1 (4-ounce) can sliced black olives
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix macaroni, ham, cheese, carrots, celery, onion, sweet pickles, and olives. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, pickle juice, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Pour mayonnaise mixture over macaroni and vegetable mixture. Stir well until all macaroni and vegetables are well coated. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
