Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Mix turkey, spaghetti sauce and onion. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch thick.
Cover and grill patties 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 14 to 16 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center. About 1 minute before burgers are done, top each with cheese slice. Grill until cheese is melted. Serve between bread slices with tomatoes and olives.
