1. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each of 8 bread slices top with second bread slice. Whisk together milk and eggs in large bowl.
2. Heat griddle or large skillet over medium heat or to 350°. Melt margarine.
3. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture carefully place on griddle. Cook about 8 minutes on a side until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar serve with syrup.
