1. Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or to 375°. Grease heated griddle, if necessary. To test griddle, sprinkle with a few drops of water. If bubbles skitter around, heat is just right. Stir all ingredients until blended.
2. Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
3. Cook until edges are dry. Turn cook until golden.
