Before you take off on your camping trip, slice up onions, bell peppers, broccoli into bite size pieces not really chopped but small and cauliflower also into bit size pieces and of course dice up the garlic clove you can put this all together in one zip lock back, mix it up and divide evenly into four when ready to cook.
Also cook your rice and store in a zip lock bag.
You will need heavy duty aluminum foil rectangles (double up ) 4 of them (8 total). Put about 1/2 c. of rice on the bottom.
Place salmon filet on top. Add your onions/veggie mixture on top of the salmon filets then add the marinade 1 tablespoon on each pouch if you add to much it will seep out.
Place them in on the campfire in a grill basket for about 15-25 minutes, they will cook in the steam.
