Combine flour, one teaspoon parsley and pepper in a shallow dish; coat steaks in mixture. Spray a skillet with butter-flavored non-stick vegetable spray; sauté steaks over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side. Add onion, mushrooms and liquid from mushrooms. Lower heat; cover and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, until onion is tender. Place steaks on 2 dinner plates; cover to keep warm. Stir sour cream, milk and remaining parsley into pan juices in skillet; cook and stir until warmed through. Spoon sour cream mixture onto steaks.
