1/2 cup butter real
2 cups powdered sugar sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg separated
Thoroughly cream butter and confectioners' sugar together. Add vanilla and well beaten egg yolk. Beat egg white until stiff; fold into the creamed mixture. Chill.
