   5 tablespoons sugar
   2 tablespoons flour
   1 tablespoon butter real
   2 cups water boiling
   Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon

Combine sugar and flour in saucepan over low heat; add butter. Gradually add 2 cups boiling water. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick. Add juice and lemon rind and blend.
