2 cups turkeys cooked and diced
2 cups celery chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons onions minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup potato chips, crushed
1/2 cup almonds slivered
6 leafs lettuce
1 lemon cut in wedges
6 sprigs parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix turkey, celery, salt, onion, and lemon juice. Fold in mayonnaise and spoon into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, then crushed potato chips, and finally, slivered almonds. Bake for 15 minutes. Don't overbake or mayonnaise will break down. Serve on lettuce leaf and garnish with lemon wedge and parsley.
