2. Heat oil in a large saucepan stir-fry onions and garlic for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add rice and stir-fry until heated through
4. Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry until very hot.
5. Remove from heat. Keep in warm oven until ready to serve.
