Fried Rice With Crabmeat


Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups brown rice
1 tablespoon corn oil
4 scallion, sliced or 1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
7 ounces crab meat
4 ounces canned bamboo shoots, cut into matchstick strips
2 tablespoons lite soy sauce

Directions:

1. Boil rice according to the package directions set aside for several hours to dry out completely.

2. Heat oil in a large saucepan stir-fry onions and garlic for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add rice and stir-fry until heated through

4. Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry until very hot.

5. Remove from heat. Keep in warm oven until ready to serve.
