1. Rub a salad bowl with the cut garlic.
2. Wash the lettuce and dry thoroughly. Break into small pieces and drop in the salad bowl.
3. Add the tomatoes, onions, radishes, parsley, dill and mint.
4. Mix all dressing ingredients and add to salad immediately or refrigerate and use later.
5. Toss with the dressing. Divide into 6 portions and serve.
