2 hours before dinner:
Prepare strawberries
Prepare grape, olive, and walnut relish
1 hour before dinner:
Bring lamb chops to room temperature
Prepare Brussels sprouts hash
Prepare whipped cream
45 minutes before dinner:
Prepare or preheat grill
30 minutes before dinner:
Assemble cheese, nuts, and dates
10 minutes before dinner:
Place lamb chops on grill
Reheat Brussels sprouts hash
