Sprinkle dry seasonings listed above all over a 5-7 pound brisket. Rub thoroughly on the meat, coating quite heavily. Place meat uncovered, fat side down, in a barbeque and cook for 2-3 hours at 300-325°F. Using large-size, heavy aluminum foil, crisscross sheets on a flat surface. Remove brisket and place fat side up on the aluminum foil. Dribble about 3-5 tablespoons Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce® over the meat. Wrap up tightly in the aluminum foil so that it is completely covered. Place back in the barbeque for 3-4 hours at 325-350°F.
