Beef and Pork BBQ

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed *
1 1/2 pounds pork loin, cubed *
2 cups chopped onions
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
6 ounces tomato paste
16 hamburger buns

Directions:

In a crockpot, combine all ingredients (except the buns). Cook on LOW setting for 8-10 hours or till meat is tender. Stir with fork to break up pieces. Serve on buns.

*NOTE: May use all pork or all beef. The pork will cook faster than the beef, so start the beef ahead of time then add the pork.
