Cobb Salad

Ingredients

8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 head lettuce, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
3 cups cooked chicken

OPTIONAL ADDITIONS
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
3 cups chopped green onions
sliced olives
shredded Cheddar cheese
sliced cucumber
shredded carrot

Directions:

Chop or slice all the ingredients. Shred chicken. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, including any optional additions you want. Toss.

Serve with your favorite salad dressing.
