CROCK POT INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot using 1/2 cup of water. Put the lid on the crockpot. Turn it on high. MAKE SURE IT'S PLUGGED IN. (Don't ask us why we know this!)
Cook for 6 to 8 hours. When the pork shreds easily with a fork, it's done. Move the pork to a large bowl. Shred the meat using two forks.
PRESSURE COOKER INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker, using 1 1/2 cups water. Lock on the lid, making sure to use the weight. Heat on high until pressurized. (The weight should hiss and dance.) Decrease heat to medium high and cook at pressure for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from heat and run the pressure cooker under cold water until it no longer steams. Remove lid and shred pork.
OVEN DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a large roasting pan, using about 1 cup water. Cover tightly and bake at 375°F for 2 hours. Remove from oven and shred pork.
Serve with rice, fresh pineapple, and cheese.
*You can use other cuts of boneless pork, but ribs cook faster because they are smaller pieces.
**Colgin liquid smoke is labeled gluten free right now.
