Spread one tablespoon cream cheese over each chicken breast top with one tablespoon butter, salt, pepper and tarragon. Roll up and wrap with one slice bacon secure with a toothpick. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
TIP: Here's an easy sauce that's just right spooned over Bacon-Wrapped Chicken. Melt a tablespoon of butter and stir in 3 tablespoons Dijon or honey mustard...sweet, tangy and oh-so good.
