Sauté chicken in oil until juices run clear when pierced with a fork remove chicken to a platter. Sauté onion and garlic in same skillet until tender add broth, apple juice and ginger. Heat over medium heat until liquid is reduced to about one cup. Stir yogurt and cornstarch together in a small bowl add to skillet. Mix in apples and chicken season with pepper. Reduce heat simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon over warm noodles to serve.
