Dip chicken in eggs coat with bread crumbs. Heat oil in a 10" skillet brown chicken over medium heat until juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Remove from heat. Spread one can crushed tomatoes in a greased 11" x 7" baking pan arrange chicken on top. Pour remaining can of tomatoes over chicken breasts sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes sprinkle with basil before serving.
TIP: A quick & easy side dish! Roll balls of leftover mashed potatoes in a mixture of Parmesan cheese and seasoned bread crumbs...broil until golden brown.
