Heat oil in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat add chicken. Sauté until juices run clear when pierced with a fork, about 3 minutes drain. Reduce heat to medium stir in salad dressing, juice and sugar. Add rice and green pepper bring to a boil. Remove from heat fold in oranges and pineapple. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
