Brown chicken in oil in a skillet until juices run clear when pierced with a fork add peppers and onion slices. Sauté until tender stir in mushrooms, salt, pepper and red pepper, heating through. Spoon warm chicken mixture onto bottom halves of rolls top with a slice of cheese and top halves of rolls.
