Roll out dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thick. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet; brush lightly with oil. Spread garlic over dough; sprinkle with half the mozzarella cheese. Top with artichokes, olives, capers, basil, feta cheese and anchovies, if using. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
