Ingredients

1 pound extra lean ground beef
2 large white onions, sliced
2 green peppers, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons polyunsaturated oil
2 cups canned tomatoes
1/2 cup cooked instant rice
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Mix the meat, egg substitute, onion, kosher salt and garlic powder. Use a small fruit-baller and form small meat balls. Cook the meatballs in a mixture of lemon juice, grape jelly and chili sauce for 30 minutes.

Serve over rice.
