Spray a 2-quart mold with cooking spray. Combine shrimp, celery, bell pepper, onion, salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and Tabasco. Mix well and let stand to blend flavors. Combine soup and cream cheese in double boiler. Heat and stir until cheese melts. Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Add to soup mixture. Remove from heat and cool. When mixture begins to thicken, blend in mayonnaise. Stir in shrimp mixture, spoon into mold, and chill. Serve with crackers, or may be used as a salad served on lettuce leaves.
