In skillet, cook sausage and onion until meat is browned; drain. Add sauerkraut and bread crumbs. Combine cream cheese, garlic salt, celery salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and mustard and stir into sauerkraut mixture. Chill. Shape into 1-inch balls.
Coat with flour, dip into milk and eggs, mixed. Roll in crushed cracker crumbs. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with barbecue sauce for dipping.
