In a medium bowl with fork, mix cream cheese until smooth. Stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion, and seasoned salt. Shape into ball and roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in foil; refrigerate overnight.
To serve, place cheese on board, garnish with pineapple slices and cherries, if desired. Surround with assorted crackers.
