Yield: 80 -90 meat balls
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, crumbs, parsley, eggs, soy sauce, pep-per, garlic powder, catsup, and onion. Blend well and form into small balls. Brown in oven at 400° for 15 minutes. Pour off grease.
Sauce:
While meat balls are baking, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Cover drained meat balls with sauce and bake, uncovered, at 300° for 15 minutes. Serve in chafing dish.
