Chocolate Chipper Frosting

Ingredients

For 9x13-inch Cake or Bars:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup milk
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

In a 1-quart microwave bowl, combine sugar, butter, and milk. Microwave for 2–3 minutes at HIGH (100%) until mixture boils. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth. (Halve recipe for 8x8-inch cake.) Frost cake or brownies immediately.
