Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed on box. Sprinkle coconut and pecans on bottom of a greased 9x13-inch pan. Pour batter over coconut and pecans. In saucepan, melt margarine and cream cheese. Then add powdered sugar. Mix. Spread this mixture or drizzle over top of cake. Bake at 350° for 40–50 minutes or until done.
