1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease a 9- × 5-inch loaf pan. Put all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Form into a loaf and transfer to the pan.
2. Bake until brown on top and completely cooked through, 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 8 to 10 minutes then slice and serve.
