Skin peaches; halve and pit them. Sprinkle with brandy and lemon juice. Chill well. Fold sour cream into strawberries, add sugar (not too much) and Grand Marnier.
To serve, arrange peach halves in large bowl, or in individual champagne glasses. Spoon strawberry cream mixture over top and sprinkle with finely crushed macaroon crumbs.
