Classic Cole Slaw


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon celery seeds
3/4 teaspoon salt
cracked pepper to taste
1 small head cabbage finely shredded (3-4 cups)

Directions:

1. Place the vinegar in a small dish, and stir in the sugar until it dissolves. Set aside.

2. Place the sour cream in a medium-sized bowl, and stir in the olive oil until well blended.

3. Add the vinegar mixture to the sour cream mixture, and stir to combine. Add the celery seeds, salt, and pepper to taste, and stir to combine thoroughly.

4. Place the shredded cabbage in a large bowl, and add the dressing. Toss to mix thoroughly and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
