Asparagus Fold-Ups

Ingredients

Slices of sandwich bread
hollandaise sauce (made from a mix)
Parmesan cheese
1 canned asparagus spears
butter or margarine
additional Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Trim crusts from sandwich bread. Roll the bread flat and spread with hollandaise sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Place one asparagus spear diagonally on each slice. Fold opposite corners over spear and fasten with wooden toothpick. Brush with butter or margarine. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and bake at 400°F for 12 minutes or until browned.
