Combine cream cheese, butter, flour and wheat germ. Shape into ball and chill one hour roll out and cut with cookie cutter. Combine cooked meat, onion, celery, parsley, egg, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Place a tablespoon of filling on half of each round of dough Fold over and bake on ungreased baking sheet at 350°F until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
