Combine milk, cream corn syrup, sugar and salt in a heavy pan. Cook to a soft ball stage of 228°F. Pour into a large glass dish do not scrape pan or it will cause crystals in candy. When cool, stir with wooden spoon. Add marshmallow crème and flavoring. Roll into balls and dip in melted chocolate.
