Heat sugar, corn syrup, and water over low heat. Cook until small amount of mixture dropped into cold water forms a brittle string. Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff. Add honey. Pour hot syrup over egg whites and honey and beat until thick. Add vanilla, almond flavoring, and almonds. Let stand 2 hours until cold. Cut into oblong shapes and dip in melted chocolate.
