Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Combine dinner rolls or Texas rolls together and roll into a 15x10-inch rectangle. Place dough on a sprayed 15x10-inch baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 20-30 minutes. Remove wrap and poke several times with a fork to prevent bubbles from forming. Bake at 375°F 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and set aside. In a skillet saute chicken in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add the green pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, hot sauce and salt. Cook 1-2 minutes longer. Spoon mixture over crust and top with salsa and cheese. Bake at 350°F 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
