Easy Flank Steak

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds beef flank steaks cut to fit in slow cooker
1/3 cup water
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chili with liquid
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/4 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Place meat in greased 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker. Combine other ingredients and sprinkle over the top of meat. Cover and cook on low heat 8-10 hours. Makes 4~6 servings.

Serve with mashed potatoes with garlic-and-herb cream cheese mixed into them.
