Chocolate (or Carob) Malt

Ingredients

1 cup dairy or dairy free milk (regular, chocolate, or carob)
2 cups dairy or dairy free ice cream (regular, chocolate, or carob)
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa or carob powder
1 teaspoon malt powder

Directions:

Blend all ingredients well until smooth and creamy. Serve, sprinkled with a few chocolate or carob chips and a dollop of dairy or vegan whipped cream, and enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Add a few pecans, walnuts, or peanuts.
For an unusual flavor, add cherries or strawberries.
Add 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves or a couple of drops of mint extract to the blender.
