Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat; drain. Stir together remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles in a large bowl. Add beef mixture; mix well. Transfer to a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, until bubbly. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles; bake, uncovered, for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
