Combine first 4 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl mix well using a wooden spoon. Press into the bottom of a well-greased 15" x 10" jelly-roll pan pour melted chocolate evenly over crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes score into bars but leave in pan. Refrigerate until firm slice completely through scores and serve cold.
