Measure pear juice and lemon juice, adding water if needed to make 1 cup. Bring to a boil in medium saucepan. Remove from heat, add gelatin, and stir until completely dissolved. Allow to cool slightly. Mash pears. Gradually add cream cheese, and whisk until smooth. Fold cream cheese mixture and whipped cream into gelatin mixture. Pour into a lightly greased mold, and chill until set.
